Exceptional
good location. I can go everywhere in Istanbul easily and soon. Bed making and the room was very clean. I could spend time very comfortably.

The hotel was in a perfect location just 5 mins from the tram Station. Breakfast was also very good... Sara and the other guy at the reception were very helpful...they kept our luggage for 3 hours after our checkout, for us to roam around the city...satisfied with our selection and overall stay.

Very comfy stay in Taksim
-excellent location.
-good size room with comfy bed and all amenities: tea kettle, mini fridge, -good shower.
-fast internet.
-nice and friendly staff.

Superb
The location is great - in the area of Istanbul which is the most lively in the evening and at night (restaurants, stores, bars) - and close to the metro and the tramway, which is a great way to reach the "official" Istanbul. The hotel is far enough from the most touristy places to be quiet at night, it is nicely decorated, the rooms are superb, and the team at the front desk is very helpful - they love their city and are happy to help you plan your visits.

The hotel was very clean, and the location was perfect and near the center, all the employees were friendly and helpful.

It was a quite decent stay indeed.
whenever I needed something, I was able to reach someone, both reception and security serve for 24/7, which was relieving, they all were kind and helpful.
The place has 5-7 minutes of walking distance to Taksim Square, and the most visitable places in the city are a maximum of 20 minutes distance by taxi, this is a real advantage for foreigners like me, decreases the possibility of getting lost😅..

Home Away From Home
The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and made sure our stay was very comfortable. The location is very convenient and our infrastructure includes restaurants, coffee shops, swimming pools, gyms and shops, and the customer and passenger care department provided excellent support. The car was at the bottom for sightseeing, even for going to the airport.
