You can review and manage all your confirmed reservations by logging into your account and heading to the Bookings tab. If you booked as a guest, simply use the "Manage Booking" link provided in your email confirmation voucher or contact our team with your reference code.

Confirmation emails and downloadable PDF vouchers are dispatched instantly once payment is successfully processed. If you do not see it within 5 minutes, please verify your spam or junk folder, or reach out to us directly.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and localized bank transfer gateways. Pricing can be viewed in USD, EUR, GBP, AED, and other major currencies via the currency switcher.

Cancellation rules depend on the specific hotel or tour package. Most listings offer free cancellation up to 48 or 72 hours before check-in or departure. Eligible refunds are automatically credited back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Property owners and tour operators can join our platform via our Become a Partner portal. Our onboarding team will assist you with verifying your documentation, syncing calendars, and publishing your listings.
